This is a great place for a relaxing and serene meal. Listening to the instrumental music and dim lighting with the soothing lemongrass tea is a perfect way to unwind after a day of craziness of our modern day. We seem to always get the pineapple fried rice or the coconut fried rice. But today we tried the curried beef and my Singaporean wife was surprised at how close the cuisine is to home. Most people have started to order take out, but they miss out on the incredible atmosphere.

This place has a great atmosphere, the piped music is wonderful instrument Christian music and lighting makes it feel very cozy. I always get the lemongrass tea, they bring it in cast iron pots that keep it hot long enough to drink. My two favourite dishes are the Pineapple beef rice and the coconut chicken rice. Service is friendly and treat the customers like family. For the money, Hotspot is a tremendous deal.

Great food. Great service. Very calm and relaxing background music. Never a wait to be seated. We discovered Thai Hotspot a couple years ago and, unlike some other restaurants, the food always tastes just as good as the first time we went and the portions are still the same generous sizes. The food presentation is unique and interesting. As an example several of the rice dishes come in a pyramid shape, the pineapple rice comes in a half pineapple shell etc.

I've eaten here a few times, every time was exceptional. Food is fantastic and fresh, theres good specials (less than 9 for a full course lunch). Food is nicely plated as well. Restaurant is very clean and modern inside. Servers lack experience but that's not what I go there for. A new regular spot.
